Wanted to share my experience today with the Service Department Staff. Stopped by to have my 2016 Ultra Classic flashed so my running lights stay on when using the high beam. Travel between Blanco and Fredericksburg early morning, and on any given day see 50+ deer on or near the road. They took my bike right in within 5 minutes of arriving there. The Tech working on my bike found me and asked me if I wanted the running lights on all the time or be able to turn them off. Bike was done in less than 30 minutes. When I asked who I get with to pay the bill. Was told no charge. That is Old School Service in my book. Don't see that anymore in this day and age. Javelina will always get my business!
