Gino was friendly, polite & persistent in all of the right ways. My husband & I found the right motorcycle for us & the sale was extremely smooth. What impressed me most was when the bike had been serviced, Gino checked it over himself & found that there was a bulb out. He took the bike back to the service department & made certain it worked properly. That is not just a guy selling motorcycles. That is a man who remembers that his customers deserve a product that is road worthy & safe! THOSE are the qualities that cannot be taught. Its a reflection of character.
