From the moment we reached out to him about some bikes we saw online he was always there to message us and answer any questions we had. When we told him what time we could come in he made himself available. Even after the purchase he walked us through getting accessories we wanted listening to other bikes to help us decided on pipes etc. After closing the deal we text him about a few other things and he has went above and beyond to answer any questions and still help us.
