Randall was very easy to work with. He was professional, courteous and was able to answer all of my questions. I know I took up a lot of his time with legit questions and plenty of conversations about this and that, but I never felt rushed and he is not clock watcher. In fact the whole staff that I encountered was extremely nice and very patient. The best part was the finance dept. They really came through with a rate that rivaled my CU. Thanx a bunch, guys.
